There’s something about Paul Wackers paitings that really do it for me. It’s probably the combination of his brave color palette, his solid sense of composition, interesting subject matter, and undeniable influence of modern giants such as Miro and Calder.

Here are two blue street art projects that we like. The first being Rudolf Klöckner’sMy Painted Pool (2009), which we saw over at rebel:art:
This second project is called Beukelsblauw and was created in one of the most unseen streets of Rotterdam, by Florentijn Hofman. Adding a layer of blue paint to the housing project quickly turned it into one of the most photographed streets of the entire city. Ohh and by the way, we spotted this baby over at ignant.de.
