My mind is trippin’ with this incredible animated GIF of the legendary Bob Dylan, made by James Mooney, and found over at Ambush Studio’s blog!
I hope you enjoyed reading through this gem as much as I did… found over at SwissMiss.
Tijuana Sound Machine is a collaboration between Bostich + Fussible, presented by the legendary Nortec Collective. So, if you are in the mood for some good electro-norteño-pop, or simply want to know what that would sound like, now is your chance!
Ohh yeah… solid Art Direction by the way!
Seems like yesterdays news, but Lucy Voden (Julian Lennon’s classmate who is “said” to have inspired The Beatles hit Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds) died last week. And here is a video of an audio interview in which John Lennon talks about the first time he experimented with that particular hallucinogen that the whole world came to love:
Recently, Lily Allen gave everyone lots to talk about, not particularly for her music but for the copyright laws to “protect” it. As a result, Dan Bull decided to take matters into his own hands and respond to Allen’s backward remarks with lots of humor, sarcasm, and wit. Bull went on to create a tune called Dear Lily [an open letter to Lily Allen], in which he sampled one of her tunes and had his say on top of it (in a style thats somewhat reminiscent to The Streets).

Wathching this music video for the song Alice, by Pogo, is the perfect way to kick start the week. The song itself is an electronic piece composed using sounds recorded from the Disney film Alice In Wonderland. It’s brilliant!
Music and illustrations by mc bess. 3d animations by Simon Landrein. The end result: pure visual joy.
